Overview: St. Pete Masters (SPM) is recruiting for a part-time Head Coach who will manage and grow the operations and membership of the masters swimming program.  St Pete Masters is one of the first and longest-running masters swim clubs in the United States that encompasses a vibrant community of nearly 200 swimmers. The Head Coach will have interest and experience coaching a wide range of adult swimmers with varying abilities and goals, foster a welcoming and positive swimming environment, and be responsible for on-deck coaching of 11 practices weekly. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in current swim technique and periodized training methodologies, and provide constructive feedback to swimmers, as needed.
