Waterloo Swimming is a USA Swimming Bronze Medal swim club located in North Austin, TX. Currently operating out of one location featuring an Olympic sized, 50M pool, WLOO is home to just over 400 athletes ranging from Junior National finalists to beginning club swimmers. WLOO has finished in the top-five of the Texas Age Group State Championships (TAGS) for the last five seasons.  We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable swim coaches to direct and lead one of our TAGS training groups. These groups range in age from 9-14 and are split up based on age and ability. We are looking for Developmental Lead Group Coaches for the 2023 Long Course Season We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Swim Coaches to direct and lead our developmental swim group. Swimmers in this group have just joined USA swimming for the first time and are aiming to get their first B cuts. In order to get into the group the swimmers must already be able to dive off the side, be legal in all four strokes (50 of FR and BK and 25 of FL and BR) as well as be able to do a legal 100 IM.  Candidates should be able to show technique driven processes and improvements in swimmers at the developmental level along with being excellent communicators to both swimmers and their parents.
