Personal Summary

I grew up swimming for RSA in Raleigh, North Carolina. Swimming for Dan Flack. I became very competitive at a pretty young age but never lost my love and passion for swimming. I won 4 straight 4A High School State titles with Enloe High School. won NCSA Junior Nationals as a team my Junior year with RSA. I went on to swim at Indian River State College under Frank Bradley and Duncan Sherrard. Continuing on being on a championship team, winning their 35th and 36th straight NJCAA National Title. I then transferred to the University of Louisville, where I swam my last two years under Arthur Albiero. Winning 2 straght BIG EAST Conference championships.

I was a senior National Qualifier and .08 off the Olympic trials cut in the 100 Breaststroke.I know what having a championship mentality is like.

After college I coaches for 3 years. The last 2 I was incharge of a senior group and 13-14 group. All around the State Champ level. I had many of those swimmers achieve sectional cuts for the first time. Many of them went on to achieve national cuts and currently swim in college.

I have the experience as a swimmer and coach, a passion for the sport and a competitive drive to be the best coach and mentor I can be.
