Hello! My name is Gabriel Franklin and I am currently a second year Master's student at Springfield College studying Sports and Exercise Psychology. As a Mental Performance Coach, I help athletes reach their optimal performance level through a variety of psychological skills. Whether it's working on goal setting, confidence, imagery, or much more, my goal is to empower swimmers to navigate through these psychological challenges.
· Facilitated biweekly workshops tailored to address specific challenges identified from prior week’s performances, fostering a culture of growth and improvement
· Conducted personalized one-on-one sessions with players, targeting their chosen areas of improvement to enhance individualized development
