• Responsible for developing, growing, and revamping Aquatics Programming (Lessons, Team, Safety Courses).
• Proposed, coordinated, and implemented the change and crossover from YUSA to American Red Cross Lifeguarding.
• Supported the organization in community and team member training in Aquatics Risk and Safety Implementations.
• Collaborated with fellow leaders on the change to the subscription model from programs. Offer aid in providing SOPs, supporting documents, and meetings.
• Providing guidance and support to locations with drownings and or CPR performed on a person. I took statements, analyzed video footage, and worked with attorneys to provide support. Following up with leaders to provide the next steps.
• Providing expertise in aquatics through the creation of the Aquatics SOP, aquatics bi-annual audits, and best practices.

· Re-open the facility with COVID-19 protocols, create nationwide SOPs, and ensure every individual is safe mentally and physically
· Oversee, maintain, enforce compliance with local and state codes, and oversee the CPO for 7 bodies of water
· Recruit, grass route, monitor job boards, hire & ensure the best experience of onboarding to both frontline and leadership positions
· MOM Growth, manage payroll, continued junior retention, ensuring 100% connectivity with our members and guests
· Lead and oversee the ARC Courses for our region, swim team (Head Coach), MOD, monthly in-services

· Prepare and monitor the annual aquatic, sports, and special events budget to include staffing and revenue projections
