I work entirely remotely as an administrator, handling team registration, group lesson reg and rosters, managing USAS reg and assisting parents in signups. I create and run online fundraisers through Team Unify and can work with you on regulatory paperwork at the state level. I also apply for state and USAS grants as they become available and the qualifications are met.

TEAM ADMINISTRATOR:
SUMMARY:
Responsible for submitting, collating, and maintaining all paperwork and database information relating
to swimmer memberships. Works with accountant to ensure expenses fall within budget. Creates,
monitors, and promotes annual fundraiser. Acts as representative to incoming team families. Salary range: $25-30.00/hr./20 hrs./week.
DUTIES:
• Create and manage quarterly new swimmer registration
• Ensure new swimmers have all required information to begin training
• Create, manage, and promote annual online fundraiser
• Oversee team volunteer coordination and liaise with team families and staff coordinator to
ensure service completion
• Create and maintain summer lesson/junior lifeguard registration/disseminate information to
participants
• Create weekly summer lesson rosters
• Maintain swim team roster in conjunction with coaches
• Communicate billing, account, and invoice information and deadlines to team families
• Maintain personal credentials and background checks before the due dates
• Maintain database of coaching staff credentials for emergency retrieval
• Renew standing team insurance and D&O insurance
• Maintain e-files database according to company retention policy
• Update team handbook, employee handbook, USAS policy handouts, and CHA practice groups

• Continue to work toward higher level team recognition and excellence awards on USAS website
• Watch for new grant opportunities and apply for all that are relevant
• Reconcile aging report and send to accountant monthly
• Make team travel and accommodation arrangements as required and within budget
• Schedule monthly Q & A Zoom call for any team families with account questions
