Hello! My name is Haven Carroll. I have been a swim coach for 7 years, 3 years of that being a head coach of a team. I was a competitive swimmer myself swimming for Club, YMCA, and High school. I am very passionate about teaching swimmers and getting to see their journey learning to love the sport the same way I have and as well see them accomplish their goals. I am very dedicated and hardworking and thrive when I get to be on the deck or in the pool. My goal is to continue my knowledge in the sport and to continue growing into the best coach I can be. My resume highlights a comprehensive background, including my most recent role as Head Age Group Coach at Enfinity Aquatic Club from August 2019 to June 2025. In this position, I was responsible for guiding and developing age group swimmers, focusing on stroke mechanics, endurance, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment. I hold a full complement of relevant certifications, including SafeSport Trained, Foundations of Coaching, Red Cross Safety Training for Swim Coaches, and Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid, ensuring a safe and professionally managed program. Prior to my work with Enfinity Aquatic Club, I had the distinct honor of serving as Associate Head Coach for the Cuba National Swimming Team from 2005 to 2012, where I coached athletes aged 11-18, many of whom competed at an elite level. This experience provided invaluable insight into developing high-performance training programs and nurturing top talent. Beyond my coaching tenure, my career as a competitive swimmer at the highest levels, including representing Cuba in the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games, has provided me with an unparalleled understanding of the dedication, discipline, and technical precision required for success in the sport. My personal achievements, such as being a multi-medalist at Pan American and Central American & Caribbean Games, and a World Champion in the 100-meter freestyle, will allow me to inspire and motivate young athletes through firsthand experience and a deep knowledge of competitive swimming.

Brenann Oleary
I have been involved in swimming and aquatics for most of my life, both as an athlete and a coach. I grew up competing in the pool and eventually continued my career at the collegiate level, where I swam for Ripon College. My background as a student-athlete taught me discipline, teamwork, and leadership—qualities that have shaped the coach and educator I am today. Alongside my competitive experience, I've spent years coaching and working with swimmers of all ages and skill levels. I have coached multiple teams and programs, from young beginners to high-school athletes, and I love helping swimmers develop confidence, technique, and a lifelong appreciation for the sport. I also have extensive experience working with kids as a teacher, babysitter, and mentor, which has strengthened my ability to connect with athletes and support them both in and out of the water. Swimming has always been a major part of my life, and I’m passionate about continuing to grow within the sport while giving back to the swimming community. My goal is to create a positive, safe, and motivating environment where swimmers feel supported, challenged, and excited to reach their full potential.
