Expertise includes department leadership, facility management, athletic coaching and program development. Background includes coaching experience at all major levels, collegiate, high school, and USA Swimming Club, advancing to Head of Physical Education at Poly Prep Country Day School and developing and launching a K - 12 aquatics programing in a new aquatics facility at Horace Mann School.   Over 20 years of competitive swim and water polo coaching experience.   Administrative and leadership experience includes, budget management, curriculum and program development, staff supervision, evaluation and mentoring, hiring, and scheduling.
