I work entirely remotely as an administrator, handling team registration, group lesson reg and rosters, managing USAS reg and assisting parents in signups. I create and run online fundraisers through Team Unify and can work with you on regulatory paperwork at the state level. I also apply for state and USAS grants as they become available and the qualifications are met.  Because I work remotely, there are no locational or equipment costs associated with my employment. As a lifelong swimmer with competitive experience, I’ve developed not only strong technical skills in the water but also a deep appreciation for the discipline, mindset, and passion the sport requires. I continue to swim actively, which helps me stay connected to the training process and gives me valuable insight when working with others. What drives me is the opportunity to help others discover the same love I have for swimming.
