Passionate and dedicated swim coach with extensive experience in both competitive swimming and coaching. With eight years of competitive swimming experience, I bring a deep understanding of stroke technique, training strategies, and competition preparation. I have worked as a swim coach and instructor at Swim Right Academy, where I trained swimmers of all ages and skill levels, focusing on proper technique, water safety, endurance development, and confidence-building. My experience includes working with beginners learning foundational skills as well as advanced swimmers refining their strokes and preparing for competition. I am committed to fostering a positive, motivating, and structured environment where swimmers can grow both athletically and personally. My coaching philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, goal-setting, and developing a love for the sport. I am eager to bring my experience and enthusiasm to a coaching position where I can continue to inspire and develop swimmers at all levels.

As Head Coach at CYA since 2018, I have overseen all aspects of the swim programs, including practice planning, competition strategy, and swimmer development. Under my leadership, our team has cultivated a positive, athlete-centered culture that emphasizes growth, teamwork, and excellence. Notably, I have guided swimmers to achieve milestones at USA Swimming competitions, while also mentoring assistant coaches and ensuring compliance with national standards. My professional background is complemented by certifications, including USA Swimming’s Silver Level Coach credential, and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from Liberty University, where I was a member of the Men’s Swimming and Diving team. These experiences have strengthened my skills in leadership, critical thinking, and communication—qualities essential for coaching and inspiring swimmers of all levels.
