Head Coach – Topeka Swim Association Topeka Swim Association (TSA) is seeking an experienced swim coach to fill our full-time Head Coach position our growing competitive swim program in Topeka, Kansas.  A successful candidate for this position should be a dynamic and inspiring leader, who is passionate about swimming, and capable of motivating and guiding our athletes to identify and reach their goals and potential, creating a unified and engaged coaching staff, and promoting open communication within our organization and the greater Topeka swim community.
