The Aquatic Coordinator provides leadership to our Association and branches in the areas of aquatics. Acts as a subject matter expert and provides critical aquatics and safety information and resources to ensure compliance with Association standards, as well as federal, state, local and industry regulations and standards. Job Description: This position will work with our aquatic team under the direction of the Senior Program Director of Aquatics to oversee and grow our learn-to-swim and water safety programs and competitive swim team, as well as manage and supervise our lifeguard staff. Our competitive swim team and learn-to-swim programs have more than 200 concurrent youth participants each during the school year, and our summer program includes a staff of over 30 lifeguards managing an outdoor aquatic facility.
