Pool Manager/Lead Swim Coach Primary Responsibilities Serve as 10-Under Coach and Sr. 1 Development Coach Develop and Implement Training for 10-Under group and Developmental Sr. Group. Serve as Facility Manager for pool with a Tent structure.  Maintain water quality Maintain inspection requirements Make small repairs Do daily CPO checks Does not involve hiring or managing facility staff Provide a positive learning environment for swimmers with structured instruction and fun. Supervise assistant coaches   Communicate with parents by providing a once/week update and return calls and emails within 24 hours Work with Head coach to develop practice schedule.
