Fulfills the mission of Norwich University by supporting the head coach in the overall administration of the Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving program.     This is a 40 hour per week and 43 weeks per year .833 FTE position. Essential Functions Assists the head coach in the organization and implementation of practice plans and game management. Assists the head coach with scouting of opponents and film breakdown. Assists the head coach in the scheduling of all travel and lodging arrangement for the program. Assists in the academic monitoring of student athletes during each academic year. Assists in scheduling league and non-league athletic contests and scrimmages. Assists the head coach in decision regarding budget management for the program.
