POSITION: The City of Plano Swimmers (COPS), located in Plano, Texas is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Part Time Swim Coach . This coach will focus on age group swimming, including competitive team groups and our COPS Swim Academy groups. This coach should have the ability to fill in as needed in the senior program. Under the supervision of the Director of Competitive Swimming or the Director of Operations and Programming (depending on the groups assigned), this coach will lead or assist with multiple groups of swimmers ensuring that all aspects of the program fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of the team. BACKGROUND:   The City of Plano Swimmers operates out of 4 different facilities that are rented from the city. We are in the process of building a 30K square foot practice facility as well.
