We are seeking a passionate and motivated Head Coach to lead the University of Utah Club Swimming team for the upcoming season. Our club is a student-run collegiate swim team that combines competitive swimming, team culture, and personal development in a fun but hardworking environment. We are looking for someone who can help elevate the team athletically while fostering an inclusive, respectful, and positive atmosphere. The Head Coach will be responsible for planning and leading practices, preparing swimmers for competitions throughout the season, and helping create a strong team culture built on accountability, healthy competition, and support for one another.
