QuickSilver is based in the heart of Silicon Valley with locations throughout San Jose, CA.  QuickSilver is a USA Swimming Club Excellence Silver Medal team, Club Recognition Level 4, and Safe Sport Recognized Club. 

The team is expanding and looking for coaches that want to be part of a larger team and help build a program together. 

The club has a unique structure where all operations are professionally managed by the staff .  The club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a three-person Board of Directors.  The board (non-affiliated to any team members) assists with financial oversight, compliance, and Safe Sport, but does not oversee daily operations.
