Responsibilities for age group coach position: The age group coach is responsible for coaching two separate groups of children ages 9-10 & 11-12. Practice times during the school year are from 3:45 pm until 7:30 pm weekdays (Monday through Friday), and from 8:00 am until 11:30 am on Saturdays between the two groups. Practice times during the summer are from 7:45 am until 11:30 am from Monday through Saturday. Participation at swim meets and other team activities is also required. We are looking for a coach that will teach the children a high level of swimming technique and instilling good work ethics, striving for success at the age group level while challenging the swimmers to improve. The Coral Springs Swim Club, located in Coral Springs, Florida, is searching for a qualified age group coach. The swim program is a very successful year-round program.
