PSL is seeking enthusiastic individuals with experience in competitive swimming and/or group swim lessons to work with one of multiple PSL practice groups. Lead Coach positions are available to qualified candidates. Groups in need of lead coaches include age group competitive (ages 7-8, ages 9-10 or ages 11-12), age group developmental (ages 8-Under, ages 9-10), age group conditioning (ages 11-14, ages 15-Over). Schedule dependent on practice group assignment and can be as much as 5 days per week, 3 hours per afternoon (4:00-7:00pm May-Jan or 4:30-7:30pm Feb-Apr) or as little as twice per week for 1-2 hours. A lead coach for any competitive group will be expected to be at meets at least 2 days per month for at least 5 hours per day. A lead coach to oversee all developmental swimming may also benefit from experience with scheduling and billing, particularly for session-based enrollment and planning.
