ZAP swims out Rancho Palos Verdes - Miraleste Intermediate School more specifically. We've been in business since 1999. ZAP is coach owned.

ZAP focuses on developing swimmers for future club swim teams and high school swim teams. All of our programming is pre-competitive. ZAP believes in a fun, safe environment for all swimmers.

Coaches are given freedom in how to coach their groups, but there is a general standard that we want all swimmers to have. We believe the strength of our program lies in the coaching that is done.
