The EDGE Sports and Fitness, Inc. is the premier health and wellness company in northern Vermont. It has been dedicated to improving lives since 1956. The company through its five club locations provides services to Vermonters of all ages. The EDGE hires enthusiastic, knowledgeable, caring, highly-trained staff.

The EDGE Swim Club is a vital program of the company. The team of approximately 130 athletes trains at the EDGE’s Williston location. Oversight of the program is provided by the Company President and Williston General Manager. The coaches and swimmers have access to on-site resources such as a physical therapy department, on-site gym and weight training equipment, PARISI Speed School, yoga instruction, and sports psychology workshops led by professionals. EDGE Swim Club athletes range from age-group beginner to junior national qualifier. The team competes year-round in local, state, regional and national level meets.

The EDGE Swim Club emphasizes technique as the foundation for peak performance. The team is proud to be the 4-time defending champions of both the Champlain Valley Swim League and Vermont Swim Association State Championships ‘14-‘17.
