Supports company operations by directing, guiding, and managing all aquatic operations.  Key member of leadership team in growing business to three facilities in the next 18-36 months.

Four core pillars of responsibility include aquatic facility management; aquatic staff training and management; business development; and elite swimming program management.

Minimum requirements:  Love swimming.  Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Collegiate swimming experience preferred, minimum five (5) years competitive swimming preferred. Prior coaching experience, minimum five (5) years. Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, ability and desire to build a stellar aquatics team, and a commitment to be the best at what you do.

Lifeguard/Lifeguard Instructor certification; CPR/First Aid certification; Certified Pool Operator within first 60 days, Water Safety/Water Safety Instructor certification.
