Occoquan Swimming is a non-profit 501c3 swimming organization overseen by a board of director’s policy guidance with operations by the CEO and a staff of 20 coaches plus dozens of instructors and guards plus administration professionals for over 600 competitive swimmers and hundreds of swim lessons participants in six swimming pools in Prince William County and Fauquier County, Virginia (Washington, DC suburbs).
In the past five years OCCS has seen exponential growth in numbers and in performance. We are looking to add to our already exceptional staff to continue our high-quality instruction and positive training environment. We take pride in the staff we currently have, and their loyalty to Occoquan Swimming with many of our staff committing to coaching for the past 10+ years.

The mission of OCCS is to develop the character traits, technical skills, work ethic, and intense desire necessary for maximal realization of each individual’s potential, both as a person and as a competitive swimmer.
