Our team focus is on developing the character, strokes and speed of swimmers ages 5 - 15.  We do this through our practices, team meetings, special events, swim meets, and ocean experiences.  Our team is unique in that we have an ocean location (our pool is right on the beach) and we spend time building our swimmers to be confident and competent in the pool and the ocean.  We are a dual goal team:  1) Character Development and 2)Swim Development.  We use a "Character First" philosophy and we treat everyone in the organization with respect, kindness, compassion and thoughtful words and deeds. Our attention to stroke improvement and efficiency is a central part of our program at all levels.  As our swimmers mature and progresss, endurance and speed are integrated into our balanced training plan.
