Job Description Rushmore (Tsunami) Swim Team (RST), a USA Swimming age group swim club in Rapid City, SD, is seeking an inspiring, energetic, full-time Head Coach with excellent leadership, communication and team building skills, as well as technical expertise to coach and mentor our year-round team of approximately 120 athletes and six part-time assistant coaches. Additionally, in partnership with Rapid City, their Parks and Rec Department is seeking to hire the same person to serve in a part-time capacity to oversee and coach their masters’ swimming program ranging upwards 40 athletes. The masters position is offered as an opportunity; it is not required in addition to the RST HC position.
