WHO WE ARE:

Every community needs a leader. Someone who brings people together. Who compels others to action. Who empowers every individual to be at his or her best. So that the community as a whole can grow stronger and better together. This community has the Y.

The Y is more than a gym or membership association. The Y is a coalition of men, women and children committed to the idea that our community can be better tomorrow than it is today. And together, we will make it that way by advancing the Y’s focus on Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.

WHAT WE DO:

In 100 neighborhoods across Orange, Osceola, Brevard, Seminole, Lake and Marion counties, we have the presence and partnerships to not just promise, but deliver, positive change. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.

– We help today’s youth develop into strong, healthy, well-educated adults.

– We empower individuals of all ages to live healthier lives.

– We inspire people to give back and support those in need.

We impact lives across Central Florida and around the world. Through the Y, our impact is felt daily in over 100 neighborhoods by nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility. And our obligation to the community is growing.  Together with our advocates, we will continue to innovate, embrace new partners and be a force for transforming communities – here and around the world.
