The McGaw YMCA Swim Team is looking for a lead coach to work with many of our 12&Under groups on the team. The team is located at 1000 Grove St. in Evanston, IL. This position would be 20+ hours a week including weekends for swim meets. There is the potential for extra hours if the applicant is interested in helping with group lessons and private swim lessons.

Duties include: developing practices, running structured safe workouts, working with other staff, and staying within the principles and practices of the McGaw YMCA. Prior coaching experience and knowledge of competitive swimming required for this position. The ability to travel to swim meets on weekends is required for this position.

Compensation: This is a part time/hourly position and is commensurate with experience.
