The mission of Bixby Swim Club, a USA Swimming team, is to foster excellence by creating an educational and competitive experience within a safe and supportive environment. Our program focuses on the enhancement of each individual's potential and promotes high standards in the areas of character, commitment and success.  We are currently looking for a self-motivated head coach to create a positive, engaging, and energetic culture among our established and growing club. This is a full-time, salaried position offering competitive pay and benefits package negotiable based on qualifications and experience. The Head Coach reports directly to the BSC Board of Directors.
