Age group coach needed for Shockwave Aquatic Team - Oxford, MS. Part time position ~10 hours/week. Typical schedule is M-F 4-6 pm during school year and M-F 7-9 during summer.  Duties: Lead age group swimmers and foster a positive and encouraging environment Support head coach and other coaching staff Plan and implement practice workouts for all swimming abilities Communicate with parents regarding practice, meets, etc Attend monthly meets including local and travel meets Requirements: Competitive swimming experience Previous coaching experience Good standing/current USA swimming certifications
