POSITION:  The Houston Cougar Aquatics Sports Inc (COOG’s), located in Houston, Texas is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Age Group Coach.  This position reports directly to the Head Coach.  BACKGROUND:  The COOG’s operate out of Merfish Pool at 9000 South Rice Ave.  To learn more about the COOG’s go to www.coogaquatics.org.   DUTIES:  Establish and maintain relationships and open communication with swimmers and parents; Organize and manage daily practices Monday thru Saturday.  This must be done in a direction that supports the coaching philosophy and direction of the team as established by the Head Coach.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Candidates must possess integrity, strong communications skills; and a passion for helping swimmers maximize their potential. Swim Coaching Experience (required); College Degree (preferred); and Competitive Swimming Experience (preferred).  COMPENSATION:  $30,000 - $35,000 depending on qualifications and experience.  APPLICANTS:  Applicants should submit a resume with three references to business@coogaquatics.org
