NORTH COUNTY AQUATICS Club is a 501(c)(3) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Coach to lead our year--round swim club. 

Some Responsibilities include:

*Lead our team of coaches by developing and implementing the technical programming for all levels.

*Plan Competition schedule.

*Run a single fundraiser (Swim-A-Thon) one time per year.

Job Requirements:

*Experience with competitive programming under USA swimming.

*Will need to have or will need to achieve a current USA swimming coach certification.

*Strong communication skills.

*Experience working with swim team related software such as Team Unify.

*College swimming experience preferred and or years of coaching experience.
