Riverside Aquatics Association is seeking a Lead Age Group Coach.   Riverside Aquatics Association has been a multiple time Silver Medal club that practices out of multiple locations throughout the Riverside CA area. The team currently has over 250 swimmers with athletes from beginner to national qualifiers.   The Lead Age Group Coach would work with up to two groups comprising our top 9-11 year old swimmers. For the right person this would be a significant position in the team and would have influence and input on the entire Age Group program   Compensation will be very competitive and will depend on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.   The ideal person will be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the sport of swimming and have experience working with swimmers of multiple ages and abilities.   Interested persons should send a resume and statement of interest to: Head Coach Rodney Pilman at CoachRodney@raaswim.org
