Description:

Springfield Family Y Swim Team offers a year-round and seasonal competitive swim team with over 120 swimmers. We have numerous athletes who have competed locally, regionally, nationally, and at Olympic Trials. We have a rich history of award-winning coaches and assistant coaches as well!

We are looking for someone that is fun, energetic and enjoys working with the youth population. You must also have experience with swim team and coaching. We are looking for past swimmers or experienced swim instructors who can coach, teach and be positive role model to our swimmers. All applicants must have experience or knowledge of competitive swimming skills and be able to share that knowledge.

• Have a high school diploma 
• Swimming: 1 year 
• Communication skills: 1 year 
• Teaching/Coaching: 1 year
