WAC is a year-round competitive swim club based out of Westerville, Ohio. We are committed to helping kids swim fast and have fun! We have helped swimmers of all ages achieve their goals and have been represented at meets of the highest level.  

WAC was established to provide the opportunity for every child to pursue excellence in the sport of swimming. Just as important, WAC seeks to promote the highest level of sportsmanship, integrity, self-discipline and compassion in mind and spirit so that the child is not only an excellent athlete, but a respected and respectful individual, and a caring, considerate teammate.

Positions To Fill Lead Group Coach Assistant Age Group Coach Roles and Responsibilities Lead Group Coach Reports to: Head Age Group Coach and Program Owner. Coach and plan practices for the assigned group. Provide appropriate supervision to all athletes. Collaborate with all age group coaches. Assist in overseeing individual entries for the assigned group. Implement drills and focal points to practice plans based on feedback from the Head Age Group Coach. Attend meets where swimmers in the group are competing. Cover practices for coaches within the program. Perform related duties and responsibilities dictated by the Head Age Group Coach and Program Owner. Remain up to date and in good standing with USA swimming.
