Christmas Cove Improvement Association, South Bristol, Maine  (June 18 - August 16, 2025) The Christmas Cove Improvement Association (CCIA) is a summer community in beautiful mid-coast Maine approximately one hour fifteen minutes north of Portland.  The junior sports program includes tennis, sailing, swimming and art.  It supports participants ages 4-16. This position is a visible and substantial leadership role in the program and in the community as a whole.  Head of Swimming Instructors often make deep friendships with families and peers and return to visit for many years after their tenure.
