The Raritan Valley YMCA is seeking a full-time team member to develop our learn-to-swim and competitive programs. Job Description: This position will work with our aquatic team under the direction of the Senior Program Director of Aquatics to oversee and grow our learn-to-swim and water safety programs and competitive swim team, as well as manage and supervise our lifeguard staff. Our competitive swim team and learn-to-swim programs have more than 200 concurrent youth participants each during the school year, and our summer program includes a staff of over 30 lifeguards managing an outdoor aquatic facility.
