Title:                COHO Head Developmental Coach  Department:            Recreation FSLA Status:            Full-time – Exempt Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the Head Coach, The Head Developmental Coach will be responsible for the administration of the COHO Developmental Program, working within the established club framework developed by the Head Coach and Head Age Group Coach. This position will provide instruction and training to swimmers ranging in age and ability. Daily operations of running the club will be expected regarding communication, planning, scheduling and staff development.
