ROLE AND PURPOSE: The role and purpose of the Head Aquatics Club Coach is to oversee the Swim Club.   QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree Valid Texas Teacher's Certification is preferred Certified Pool Operator Lifeguard Certification   Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience as a head swim coach or club coach is preferred.
