Coordinate the review and evaluation of all swimmers throughout the season. Plan and implement a swimmer disciplinary policy consistent with the direction and approval of the Board. Work with the assistant coaches and the Board to ensure open and effective lines of communication between coaching staff and POSA swimmers and parents.
