Castle ROCK Swim Team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Age Group Coach to lead our 10 & Under Group. Responsibilities: Promote a positive, fun, safe and encouraging atmosphere that aligns with our team philosophy. Develop and implement a training plan focused on strong foundation of proper technique and skills. Prepare and lead daily workouts building on athlete development and fostering growth in the sport, including taking attendance. Assist and administer goal setting with athletes. Attend all meets as requested by the Head Coach, assist athletes/parents in choosing events and promoting healthy competition. Assist with group movements, team tryouts and swimmer assessments for group placements.
