Aquatics Director: Experienced director / instructor for learn-to-swim program, non-competitive swim team and outdoor pool facility Organize and implement high quality, student-focused swim lessons Supervise, schedule and train staff Ensure a consistent, safe and enjoyable experience for students Ability to teach and improve stroke work Create and deliver lesson plans and student evaluations Must have CPR and lifeguard certifications and pass DCFS background check Experience in pool maintenance preferred Great opportunity for a passionate leader with entrepreneur-like skillset.
