Coronado Swim - Team Elite (CSTE) is seeking part-time salaried coaches who have a passion for competitive swimming to help lead our age group swimmers through our program’s development model. As a member of the coaching staff you will be responsible for teaching and inspiring young swimmers to achieve their athletic goals and aspirations in the sport of swimming in alignment with our team’s vision of building character, feeding dreams and elevating performance.    CSTE is interested in bringing on new, high-energy and engaging swim coaches to teach developmental skills to our age group swimmers, including: stroke technique, racing fundamentals and concepts of power generation associated with all four strokes, starts and turns.
