Cress Creek Commons Cobras is hiring a head coach for their NSC summer swim team for the 2025 season.   The Cobras are seeking a positive, high-energy coach to join our fun and hard-working community of swimmers. A successful candidate will focus on stroke development, technique and race strategies while also fostering team spirit, modeling good sportsmanship and having fun! The Cobras have approximately 130 swimmers and compete in the Naperville Swim Conference. The season starts with morning practices from 6:30am-11:30am after Memorial Weekend, when school is out, and continues through the end of July, ending with the Championship meets, usually on the last two weekends in July. In addition to the Championship meets, the team typically participates in 8 regular season meets which are held on Tuesday and Thursday nights and Saturday mornings.
