Palm Desert Swim Club (PDSC) is currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and encouraging assistant coach to work with our 12 and under swimmers.  Position summary : PDSC is looking for a coach to work with our developmental athletes. These athletes range from 6-12 years old. The ideal candidate should have a background in competitive swimming and coaching, with a passion for developing young athletes. They should also possess a willingness to learn and a self-starter attitude. Knowledge of stroke techniques, USA swimming rules and training methods as well as USA Swimming certifications are highly desirable.
