Job Summary: Bear Creek Swim Team is seeking a passionate and skilled Head Swim Coach to lead our summer swim team of approximately 80 swimmers with a coaching staff of 2-3 assistants. The Head Coach will foster a fun, safe, and competitive environment, while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement serving Bear Creek Swim and Tennis Club and its members. This role involves assessing, training, and developing swimmers of all ages and skill levels (ages 5-18), in collaboration with assistant coaches.
