The LBC Swim Team Head Coach requires a high-energy, motivated individual to safely and effectively lead the Summer Swim Team Program consisting of swimmers of all levels. While seen as a key leader of the program, this position works in partnership with the Swim Team Coordinators in managing the swim team, assistant coaches and coaches-in-training.     Successful applicants should exhibit experience with teaching & development of swimming skills in youth swimmers that provide a fun learning environment, disciplined approach to practice & healthy spirit of competition.   Base compensation for the Head Coach position is to range from $24.00-28.00 per hour and is negotiable based upon experience .  Supplemental compensation is possible via pre & post swim season swim camps for LBC member youth swimmers.  (LBC will support the Head Coach in promoting and offering club facilities for swim camp with camp program and schedule organized by the Head Coach)....
