We are looking for 2-3 qualified candidates that will go between our select and sport teams. Will have a set schedule weekly. We use a number of pools to accommodate our large and growing team (450+ athletes) between Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, and Bellevue. Will need to be flexible in that area.  Summary: The assistant coach is responsible for helping guide their team with planned practices that were designed by the lead coach. They will mentor and guide the youth as a positive role model. Will also participate in meetings appropriate to the assistants.   Will assist the lead coaches at swim meets and whenever it applies.
