Chattahoochee Gold   is a growing coach owned top 50 VCC team located in the north suburbs of Atlanta GA. We have 4 sites and roughly 900 swimmers on the team of all levels up to Olympic Trials. We are looking to hire a full time staff member to join the Gold Family at either our Cumming, GA or Woodstock, GA Location. An ideal candidate would have many years of a proven track record of success with swimmers in the 10-16 age range. This candidate must know how to consistently advance athletes from a developmental background to a training level on par with futures level athletes. Gold offers great pay and benefits including: 401k with corp match Healthcare Paid Vacation Paid Educational opportunities Admin Support Team Salary will vary based on experience level but will begin at 55k. We are unfortunately not able to provide work visas for out of country coaches.

An ideal candidate would have 3 plus years coaching experience and track record of success with swimmers in the 10-16 age range.  It is important that the candidate be a self-starter that has a solid understanding of technique.  Must be willing to learn.
