The Lake of the Woods Barracudas are a summer swim team in Locust Grove, Virginia.  The team is part of the Rappahannock Swim League and comprised of swimmers aged 5-18 from the Lake of the Woods Community.  The team has been a part of the community for over forty years, and although team size has varied over the years, it is usually around 80 swimmers.  The season typically runs from after Memorial Day until the last weekend in July.
