WHAT SETS US APART?
757swim is the fastest-growing competitive swim club in Southeastern Virginia. We have grown from 40 athletes to over 300 in just 10 years. Our passionate, innovative, and experienced coaches enjoy coaching together in a collaborative environment where we strive to work together to make everyone better. This creates an atmosphere that yields high performing athletes who love the sport of swimming.
ABOUT THE 757SWIM AQUATIC CENTER
757swim is the only competitive swim team in the Tidewater/Hampton Roads region to own our own pool. We purchased the 757swim Aquatic Center from the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex (WISC) in 2021. The facility features a 10-lane 25-yard by 25-meter competition pool with a consistent depth of 6’ 7”, as well as a separate 45 x 20 feet swim lesson pool. The facility has garage doors that open on 3 sides of the building, allowing for open air training when the weather is nice. Because the facility is grounded, our athletes are able to practice even during severe weather and thunderstorms.
We typically host 5-6 swim meets per year. The pool is built on a massive sports complex, featuring 444 acres of land owned by James City County. The complex features baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, running/biking trails, an indoor sports complex, and a football stadium. It is a hub for athletic competitions in the region. Our strength and conditioning program is housed in the indoor sports complex building, just across the parking lot from the pool.
ABOUT THE WILLIAMSBURG AREA
We are located in the beautiful historic town of Williamsburg, VA just off interstate 64 (I-64), halfway between Virginia Beach and Richmond. Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, and the Jamestown Settlement make up the “Historic Triangle” which attracts 4 million tourists annually. Williamsburg is also home to the College of William and Mary, Busch Gardens, and Water Country, USA. We are located in the Hampton Roads area, which is home to the area code “757.” The “757” area code is where we get our unique name!
